SALES & Marketing Team

  • VSFL Sales Team looks after imported fine food brands and products in India.

  • Our team develops elaborate sales and marketing plans for each brand, provides transparent marketing information to our partners, and organizes retail and foodservice promotions.
  • The progress of our Brands is tightly overseen by Brand Managers and Marketing Assistants, while the Sales team supervises the stores for product exposure, and feeds information on competitors and prices to the marketing department.
  • We have successfully been able to integrate our brands in to the local market while maintaining their international identities.
  • Brands are launched and developed according to marketing plans, which are defined and agreed by all VSFL partners.
  • Our Marketing teams continuously interact with end consumers. The analysis of our sales reports and other sales data gives us a thorough insight of the market trends. This market knowledge in turn helps to launch and develop International Brands in the local market. We conduct this process with full transparency towards our principals.
  • A part of our product range requires specific training and technical skills. Our partners and marketing team effectively collaborate to ensure a better support in first hand training and preparing presentations for local professionals.
  • We also organize in-store promotions, activities and demonstrations all over our sales network. The key is to understand and solution the specific needs of each region and to design promotion policies by being close to our customers across India.

Supply Chain

  • At VSFL, we maintain direct control over the entire supply chain, starting with purchase from exporters to customs clearance to delivery and after sales service.
  • Our distribution Team ensures that only the finest products are delivered directly to distributors and customers across country.

Reporting

The information generated by our team allows us to provide detailed and regular sales analysis and reports. Our Marketing team collects and consolidates data on internal sales every month for reporting. They generate reports according to Brand guidelines and send transparent and constructive information to the distributors. They also keep track of all our marketing activities and communicate them real time.

Operation Team

  • Our team looks after Product Registration with modern retail format, Licensing if required, sanitary certification, Inspection, Custom Taxation, local taxation, Custom Clearance etc.
  • Our team also takes care of shipments either by air or sea.

Warehouse Team

  • Our warehouses are always under complete quality control.
  • The team would also use FIFI format (first in first out)
  • All the required details such as batch no., production & expiry dates are checked before dispatch.

Sales Network

  • Our selective distribution network comprises of more than 400 clients in food service (hotels, restaurants, bakery, pastry, coffee chains, catering and airlines), as well as, 500 retailers (hypermarkets, supermarkets, gourmet stores and airports).
  • With an existing sales network in both retail and food service nationwide we are the preferred partner for both luxury hotels and hypermarket chains.
